Denvak LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at No B-130A/1-1, 3rd cross, Peenya 1st stage, Bangalore 560058, India (hereinafter referred to as "Denvak") is the licensed owner of the domain name denvak.com / denvak.in and all content on this Website.
The headings are used for convenience and ease of reference and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any provision of these Terms. Reference to the singular includes a reference to the plural and vice-versa. References to any enactment are to be construed as referring also to any amendment or re-enactment.
Under these Terms of Service, only such persons may use this Website who are eligible to enter into a contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
